Dives Royal Stimulate dermal filler with Polylactic Acid PLA 365mg

Dives Royal Stimulate is a dermal filler based on Polylactic Acid (PLA) . 365mg vial of rehydratable powder solution.

Royal Stimulate is based on protein remodeling with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), designed for skin lifting and correction of various skin atrophies, wrinkles, scars and volume loss. PLLA works by stimulating fibroblasts to produce endogenous collagen, leading to a gradual synthesis of new collagen fibers, improving skin tone and facial volume.

Directions for use:

• Facial volume compensation (e.g. fat atrophy, sunken cheeks, flattened zygomatic area)
• Reduction of wrinkles and fine lines
• Improved skin elasticity and texture
• Rejuvenation of specific areas (arms, hands, body, décolleté)

Application protocol:

3-6 PLLA sessions are recommended, with intervals of 4-6 weeks, and repeated if necessary after 18-24 months.

Application steps:

Remove the cap from the Royal Stimulate vial and clean the area with an antiseptic. Add 4-8 ml of water for injection, using a syringe with a needle size between 18G and 25G. The water should be added gently to the vial.

Recommended dilution:

6-8 ml for large areas in patients with high elastosis, sagging skin and little localized fat.

Advanced dilution:

4-4.5 ml for volumetric effects in patients with dense, firm skin with localized dysmorphic tissue.

Let the vial rest for at least 3 hours to ensure complete hydration without shaking. After the resting period, gently shake the product to obtain a translucent suspension.

Additional steps:

For added comfort, up to 2 ml of local anesthetic (e.g. 2% lidocaine) may be added prior to application to the patient.

Use a 18G-22G needle to aspirate the product with a 3ml or 5ml syringe (depending on the practitioner's choice). Connect a 25G cannula to the syringe and apply it to the target area. A bolus of local anesthetic may be applied before pricking the area.

Complete the procedure by vigorously massaging the treated areas where the solution has been applied. At this stage, the patient's face may feel warm, which is normal.
