DIVES MED Art Grade Extreme Lift  are Korean COG threads for redermalization and intensive skin lifting. They are made of a single polydioxanone fiber with a system of embossed microhooks that anchor to the skin and allow the tissues to be pulled up and the correct proportions of the face to be restored.

The thread is made of a system of pressed hooks that form a network of hooks in the form of a rack and pinion. With its specific hook arrangement and lack of notches, the Molding thread is the strongest COG thread for V-Lifting. Thanks to its specific structure, the Molding thread is characterized by the highest tensile resistance and has the highest tissue lifting force, which allows for the most advanced skin lifting, the effects of which are comparable to surgical lifting. In addition, the material from which the thread fiber is made (polydioxanone) is a specific tissue stimulator, stimulating the process of neocollagenesis, i.e. the stimulation of collagen and elastin – proteins responsible for skin firmness and tension.  Scientific studies have also confirmed the beneficial effect of polydioxanone on the induction of natural hyaluronic acid. Thanks to their stimulating properties, treatments with the use of threads bring additional therapeutic effects, especially in rejuvenating and firming the skin.
